Introducing Rachael Hall

I have been a Master Matwork Body Control Pilates teacher for 24 years, I am a Franklin Method Level 3 Educator & previous Faculty member, a Biomechanics Trainer, Universal Health Principles Practitioner, I undertook a Doula training with Michel Odent, Obstetrician, Childbirth Specialist & Author in 2015 & am also a mother of 2 gorgeous daughters.

I suffered a rectocele prolapse after the birth of my second daughter.

My extensive training, experience of working with 1000’s of women all over the world in person & online for 2 decades & personal pelvic floor rehab journey have led me to create this beautiful course of which I am certain will benefit you.

This is the course I wish was out there when I was diagnosed with a pelvic organ prolapse, told to go away and do my pelvic floor exercises & hope that I wouldn’t need surgery, because that may only lead to more complications.

This is why this course work is so dear to my heart.
